The staff were helpful, providing explanations and directions in English. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely outside space to relax. The breakfast had a reasonable choice and the restaurant offered smaller dishes. The tram ride into the city was enjoyable and convenient.

Welcoming receptionist. Comfortable rooms, preferable on the first floor. Close proximity to river for pleasant walks. Good dining options in the area.
